In the morning, our guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel. Firstly, you will visit Shanghai Museum, which is a museum of ancient Chinese art, situated on the People's Square in the Huangpu District of Shanghai, China. The museum was founded in 1952 and was first open to the public in the former Shanghai Racecourse club house, now at 325 West Nanjing Road, it was rebuilt at its current location in 1996, it is considered one of China's first world-class modern museums. The museum has a collection of over 120,000 pieces, including bronze, ceramics, calligraphy, furniture, jades, ancient coins, paintings, seals, sculptures, minority art and foreign art.

You will have lunch at local restaurant, where you can enjoy some authentic Shanghai food.

After lunch, drive you to the Lujiazui and visit the famous Jinmao Tower to have an eye-bird's view of Shanghai city. Jin Mao Tower is located in the center of Lujiazui Finance and Trade Zone in Pudong.The 88-stories Jin Mao Tower was completed in 1999. It is 420.5 meters (almost 1,380 feet) tall and covers an area of 2.3 hectares (5.68 acres). The architect, Adrian D. Smith, of this skyscraper ingeniously combined the elements of traditional Chinese culture with the newest architectural styles of the time, which makes it one of the best-constructed buildings in China.

Then proceed to visit the "Pedestrians only" Nanjing Road, a walking bustling street that is always packed with people waching other people. When people mention Shanghai's Nanjing Road, they're probably talking about East Nanjing Road, a pedestrian shopping street running for blocks between the northeast corner of People's Square and the Bund. Nanjing Road, 5.5 km in full length, enjoys the reputation as China No. 1 commercial center. It was the earliest commercial street in Shanghai since the city opened to the outside world.

After that move on to The Bund, the Bund is a waterfront area in central Shanghai. The area is in the eastern part of Huangpu District centers on a section of Zhongshan Road ,which runs along the western bank of the Huangpu River, facing the high, modern skyscrapers of Pudong,Traditionally, the Bund begins at Yan'an Road in the south and ends at Waibaidu Bridge in the north, The Shanghai Bund on which you can embrace the best cityscape, feast on the rich architectural fashions ( Gothic, Baroque, Rome, Renaissance, Classic and Mixed Eastern and Western style, etc.)

You will have a dinner before cruise, the last thing for today is Night cruise along the Huangpu River. When traveling in Shanghai, you should not miss a cruise tour on the Huangpu River. It is the best way to admire Shanghai's classic skyline views of colonial architecture and modern skyscrapers along the river.

Pick you up from your hotel at pointed time, drive you to Shanghai train station to catch a high speed train for Suzhou. Upon your arrival, our Suzhou guide will wait for you at the exit of train station with a welcome sign "China Private Tour".

Your Suzhou tour starts at the Lingering Garden, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the city's finest classical gardens. It has been listed as one of the four most famous national classic gardens together with the humble administrator's garden, the Summer Palace and Mountain Summer Resort in Chengde are called China's four largest gardens. Landscape architectural space processing is very exquisite, using a variety of artistic techniques, built a unique space system, becoming one of the world civilization examples of architectural space art processing.

After that, take a leisure walk along the Grand Canal, get close to real life of locals. Dancing or singing on the public parks or just have a comfortable talk with locals, know the local culture and history from our local tour guide.

Then go to take a Boat Ride on Grand Canal (also known as the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal), a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is the longest canal or artificial river in the world and a famous tourist destination. Starting at Beijing, it passes through Tianjin and the provinces of Hebei, Shandong, Jiangsu and Zhejiang to the city of Hangzhou, linking the Yellow River and Yangtze River. The canal is a communication artery connecting north and south China, it is the oldest and longest artificial waterway in the world.

Enjoy lunch at a local Chinese restaurant with authentic Suzhou food.

Next agenda is Panmen Gate. The history of the Panmen Gate dates back to 514 AD. Built by Wu State during the spring and autumn period, Panmen is the only ancient city wall still intact in Suzhou.

The last stop is Suzhou No. 1 Silk Mill has a long and rich history of silk culture, including mulberry tree and silk worm cultivation and turning raw silk into beautiful fabric. Suzhou's climate and soil are perfect for silk production, and the city has been a center of China's silk trade for many centuries. The Suzhou No. 1 Silk Mill has been a proud steward of this heritage for over 80 years. It's more like a museum which shows you how the silk is made from cocoons from the beginning and the whole silk process. Not to be missed.

After the tour, you will be taken back to your hotel in Suzhou.

Day 4 Suzhou-Hangzhou

After breakfast, drive you to visit Tongli Water Town, it takes around 1 hour from Suzhou downtown. 

Tongli It is very rich in cultural heritage. Traditional residences including gardens, houses and temples, built in the Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty, are the highlight of the city. Tongli occupies an area of 51 square miles (133 square kilometers) with a population of 55,000. The city is separated by 15 rivers into seven islets, which are connected through 49 ancient bridges. It is very rich in cultural heritage. For its long history and special beauty, in 2004, Tongli together with Zhouzhuang and Luzhi were listed in the tentative list for UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

During your Tongli tour, you will visit Retreat and Reflection Garden, a traditional Suzhou-style garden. Luo Xingzhou, a small island town at the heart of Tongli Lake. Chongben Hall to view its intricate collection of wood carvings inspired by the folklore of the Yangtze River Delta. Three Bridges, Taiping, Jili, and Changqing bridges.

After lunch, transfer to Suzhou train station to catch the high-speed train to Hangzhou. When you arrive in Hangzhou, our guide will wait for you at exit of station with a sign "China Private Tour". Transfer to your hotel in Hangzhou, enjoy a dinner at your hotel.

Day 5 Hangzhou

After breakfast, drive you to the beautiful West lake. You will taking a boat sailing on the picturesque West Lake. This is an enjoyable and relaxing way to appreciate the beautiful scenery with its islands, causeways, temples, pagodas and ornamental planting. Different from appreciating scenery on the bank of West Lake, you’ll enjoy the heavenly lake view in another angle, closer and closer. It is not surprised that you’ll become a part of this traditional Chinese painting. West Lake has an area of 5.6 square kilometers (2.2 square miles) and is the symbol of Hangzhou which lies on its banks and is a place of tranquility.

Later, move to the Fish Viewing at the Flower Pond(Huagang Park) , This spot is located at the southern end of Su Causeway. A clean stream flows from Huajia Hill to join West Lake here, and many flowers grow where the fresh water flows in, so it called "Flowery Harbor". This area now has been made into a 22 hectare (54 acre) park with many varieties of trees and flowers, featuring a peony garden and a goldfish pond which is the famous site for viewing fish.

Then, drive you to the Lingyin Temple & Peak Flying From Afar: Lingyin temple, commonly translated as "Temple of the Soul's Retreat" is one of the largest and wealthiest temples in China. It was originally founded in 326 AD, but has been rebuilt no less than sixteen times since then. Lingyin Temple is one of the ten most famous ancient Buddhist temples in China. It also houses various Buddhist literature and treasures situated in front of the Temple, and is famous for its more than 470 stone carvings of Buddhist figures, which dated from the 10th to 14th centuries.

You lunch will be arranged at the local tea famer's house for a simple lunch.

In the afternoon, continue on your tour to visit the Meijiawu Tea Culture Village. Meijiawu Teaplantation has long been well known for its Longjing (Dragon Well) Tea tradition. It is a good place to understand the brilliant past and equally bright future of tea in China. Taking tea dates back to several centuries before the birth of Jesus! In the Han Dynasty (206 BC-220), people considered tea to a medicine for curing ailments. But drinking tea as a social function or leisure or cultural purposes date back to the Tang Dynasty (618-907). Drinking tea in China was quite popular around 760 AD. Meijiawu Village in particular is famous for its history of offering exquisite tea. This beautiful village will make you to feel the pleasure of a perfect cup of tea, our guide will show you how to pick the tea leaves, how to fry the tea leaves and how to drink the tea.

Your last destination is Qinghefang street, is a good place to experience the life of Old Hangzhou, because it is  the epitome of historic Hangzhou. A great place for shopping, eating, and sightseeing. You can see the well-preserved old buildings, explore the interesting boutique stores, and choose your favourite souvenirs.

Drive back to your hotel in Hangzhou.

Day 6 Hangzhou-Huangshan

  • Place&Transport: Hangzhou
  • Today's Activities: Train to Huangshan, Tunxi Ancient Street
  • Accommondation: Four Stars or Five Stars Hotel(Can be customized) in Huangshan

Pick up from your hotel and transfer to Hangzhou train station to catch your train to Huangshan. Upon on your arrival, our Huangshan local guide will meet you at the exit of the station with welcome sign "China Private Tour". Our guide will take you to have a simple lunch.

After lunch, you will visit the Tunxi Ancient Street, which  was built in Ming and Qing Dynasties. The colorful bazaars of local features are displayed in front of your eyes. You will find antique shops, medicine shops, tea houses, restaurants and galleries in the street.

After dinner, drive to your hotel for checking in.

Day 7 Huangshan

  • Today's Activities: Mt.Huangshan

Today, your guide will take you to the most famous scenic spot in Huangshan-Huangshan scenic area. The general itinerary today as below: Drive to Huangshan Scenic Spot ? Take cable car to Jade Screen Scenic Area ? Greeting-Guests Pine ? Lotus Peak ? Xihai Grand Canyon ? Cloud-dispelling Pavilion ? Stay overnight at the Summit.

Pick up from your hotel in the early morning (The tour guide will inform you of the pick up time in advance). Then, drive you to the Huangshan Scenic Spot (about 1 hour).

Upon arrival, you will take the park bus from the mountain foot to Mercy Light Pavilion to take a cable car up to the Jade Screen Scenic Area. After a few minutes' walk, you will reach the Greeting-guests Pine. It is the landmark landscape of Huangshan and one of the symbols of Anhui Province. Here you can spend some time taking pictures with this most famous pine trees in China, and enjoying the beautiful view of the grandiose Celestial Capital Peak.

After an hour's walk, you will arrive at Lotus Peak, Lotus peak is the highest peak of Huangshan, with an altitude of 1864.8m. There are some bridges, plank roads and viewing platform on the lotus peak, which is undoubtedly the best place for photography. Here you will have an hour to stop and enjoy your lunch.

After lunch, walk for an hour and you will arrive at Xihai Grand Canyon, because of the high altitude, when you stand on the canyon, the clouds flow like a stream from the peak under your feet, so it is also called "White Cloud Canyon". The total length of Xihai Grand Canyon is 15km. Here you can take the photo according to your own preference and within the time allowed, and feel the most magnificent scenery of Mt.Huangshan. If the weather is good enough, you will have a chance to enjoy the sunset at the Cloud-dispelling Pavilion.

Lastly, move to your hotel on the summit. Your guide will help you check in.

Day 8 Mt.Huangshan-Hongcun-Huangshan

  • Today's Activities: Mt.Huangshan, Hongcun Village, back to Tunxi

The general itinerary today as below: View the Sunrise (recommended option) ? Bright Summit ? Flying-over Rock ? Down to the mountain ? Hongcun Village ? Back to Tunxi.

Get up early (usually around 5-6am) to enjoy the magnificent sunrise on Mt.Huangshan. If the weather is good, you can see clearly the golden light of the sun piercing the mists, and rocky peaks rising above the frothy, ever-changing sea of white clouds. After the sunrise, get back to your hotel for breakfast.

After breakfast, you will visit Bright Summit, the second highest on the mountain and see a wonder of Huangshan - Flying-over Rock.

After the hiking tour, take a cable car down to the mountain. Then, drive to Hongcun Village. Before the sightseeing, the tour guide will lead you to the local restaurant for a simple lunch (at your own expense). He/She will teach you how to order.

Hongcun was founded in the Song Dynasty (960-1276). It is one of the first 12 famous historical and cultural villages in China. Hongcun was listed in the world cultural heritage list by UNESCO on November 30, 2000. Hongcun is known as "the village in the painting", a large number of art lovers come here to draw every year. Hongcun Village' s layout was designed very well, acting up to both China's Geomantic Omen and actual natural environment. The whole village is well preserved with more than 140 Huizhou style buildings in Ming and Qing Dynasties. The architecture, culture, history and food here attract a large number of tourists. Famous Oscar-winner film "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" were filmed in Hongcun.

Day 9 Huangshan-Shanghai
