Planning your China trip should be easy and stress-free. At Your Way Holiday, we offer flexible, secure, and transparent payment options to make the booking process simple and reliable. Whether you're arranging your journey months in advance or finalizing last-minute plans, our goal is to give you complete peace of mind every step of the way.

How to Confirm Your Tour
To confirm your reservation with us, we typically require a 30%-50% deposit of the total tour price at the time of booking. This deposit allows us to begin securing all the key components of your trip, including hotel accommodations, entrance tickets to popular attractions, private vehicle arrangements, and the services of experienced local guides. Early confirmation is especially important during peak travel seasons, as availability can be limited.

The remaining 50%-70% of the balance can be conveniently paid upon your arrival in China. This flexible approach gives you added peace of mind, allowing you to finalize your travel plans with confidence while maintaining control over your budget. We want to ensure the booking process is as smooth and stress-free as your travel experience will be.

Payment Options
We offer a variety of secure and convenient payment methods to suit your preferences, whether you're booking from overseas or already in China. Please see below for the available options and detailed instructions:

1) PayPal
PayPal is one of the most popular and trusted international payment platforms, especially for overseas travelers who prefer fast and secure transactions. If you choose this method, please send your payment to our designated account: [email protected]
**Note: If you do the payment through the Paypal, there will be an extra service charge.
Commission Charge by Paypal: Total Payment * 4.4% + 0.03USD
Total payment: Total payment * (1+4.4%) + 0.3USD 
After completing the transfer, please email a screenshot of the payment confirmation to us. Our sales team will follow up and confirm once the payment has been successfully received.

2) WeChat Pay & Alipay
WeChat Pay and Alipay are the most widely used mobile payment methods in China, offering a fast, secure, and convenient option for travelers who are already familiar with these platforms. If you prefer to use one of these methods, we are happy to accommodate.
Once you confirm your preferred platform, our sales team will provide you with a personalized QR code and clear step-by-step instructions to guide you through the payment process. This ensures that everything is smooth, efficient, and completed within just a few taps on your phone.

3) Bank Transfer
Bank transfer is an ideal payment method for larger amounts or for travelers who prefer traditional financial channels. It is safe, traceable, and especially suitable for international customers booking in advance. Once you confirm that you would like to use this method, we will provide you with all the necessary bank details for the transaction.

4) Cash in Person
You are very welcome to pay the remaining balance in cash directly to your guide upon arrival in China. This is a simple and convenient option, especially for travelers who prefer to settle the final payment in person after experiencing part of the tour.
**Note: While we require a 30% deposit to be paid in advance via one of our online methods (PayPal, WeChat Pay, Alipay, or bank transfer) in order to secure your hotel reservations, attraction tickets, and guide services, the remaining balance can be paid in cash after arrival, or using any of the payment methods listed above.


What Happens After Payment
Once we receive your deposit, we will immediately begin securing all necessary reservations for your trip. You will receive a confirmation email containing a detailed itinerary, the status of hotel and activity bookings, and additional useful travel information. This helps ensure that everything is progressing smoothly and gives you peace of mind from the very beginning.

For any transportation included in your itinerary, such as high-speed train tickets or domestic flights, we will proceed with booking as soon as those services are available for your travel dates. Once confirmed, your electronic tickets (e-tickets) will be sent to you via email for your review and record.

We believe in clear communication, so we’ll keep you fully updated at every stage of the booking process. If any adjustments are needed or if we encounter options for upgrades or better arrangements, we’ll reach out proactively to discuss them with you. Our goal is to make the entire experience seamless and worry-free — from the moment of payment to the final day of your tour.

What’s Included in Your Tour Price
We strive to provide every traveler with a smooth, comfortable, and enriching experience. When you book a private tour with us, the following services are included in your package:

1) Private Transportation in a Cozy, Air-Conditioned Vehicle
Enjoy the comfort of your own private vehicle, ensuring a relaxed and flexible travel experience. Whether you're exploring the city or driving between scenic spots, our spacious and air-conditioned car offers privacy, convenience, and a scenic view along the way.

2) Personalized Service from a Bilingual Expert Guide
Your English-speaking guide is not just a translator, but your cultural companion — providing historical insights, helping you interact with locals, adjusting the itinerary as needed, and making sure your questions and needs are always addressed with care.

3) Entrance Fees to All Scheduled Attractions
All admission fees to the attractions and landmarks listed in your confirmed itinerary are fully covered. This means you don’t have to wait in line or worry about unexpected entrance charges during the tour.

4) Door-to-Door Pick-Up and Drop-Off Transfers
For your convenience, hotel or train station pick-up and drop-off services are included at the beginning and end of each tour day, saving you the stress of navigating unfamiliar transportation systems.

5) Onboard WiFi Access 
Stay connected while traveling — our vehicles are equipped with complimentary WiFi, allowing you to upload photos, share your experience with loved ones, or check important travel updates throughout the day.

6) Complimentary Bottled Water
To keep you refreshed and hydrated during your tour, we provide one complimentary bottle of mineral water per person per day.

What’s Not Included in the Tour Price
To provide greater flexibility and personalization, the following items are not included by default but can be arranged upon request. Your final inclusions will always be reconfirmed via email prior to booking:

1) Suggested Gratuities
While tipping is optional, it is a thoughtful way to show appreciation for excellent service. As a guideline, we suggest a gratuity of 100 RMB (approx. 14 USD) per group per day for the guide, and 50 RMB (approx. 7 USD) per group per day for the driver. You are welcome to adjust this based on the quality of service and your level of satisfaction.

2) Meals During the Tour
We intentionally leave meals flexible so that you can explore authentic local flavors at your own pace. Your guide will be happy to recommend restaurants based on your preferences — whether you're looking for street food, halal options, vegetarian meals, or traditional regional dishes. A typical meal ranges from 40 to 80 RMB (6–12 USD) per person.

3) Personal Expenses
Items such as personal shopping, phone bills, laundry, postal services, snacks, or any unplanned activities not listed in the itinerary are considered personal expenses and are not included in the tour fee.

4) Optional Activities
Some attractions may offer optional cultural experiences (e.g., evening shows, tea ceremonies, costume photos, calligraphy workshops). These are not part of the base tour price but can be added based on your interests and schedule.

5) Hotel Accommodation with Daily Breakfast
Accommodation is not automatically included in the tour pricing unless specified. However, we can arrange hotels according to your preferences — from boutique stays to international brands. All hotel options include daily breakfast unless otherwise noted.

**Note: All additional services — such as meals, hotels, and optional attraction tickets — can be customized according to your travel style, preferences, and budget. Once you let us know your needs, we’ll prepare a detailed and transparent quote. The final list of inclusions and exclusions will be clearly stated in your confirmation email before any payments are made.
