Had a great 1-day tour in Beijing, hitting two major spots: Badaling Great Wall and Dingling Tomb. The Wall was beyond what I expected—photos seriously don’t capture how massive and awe-inspiring it is. Standing there, taking in the views of endless mountains, really made me think about the history behind it. It's one thing to know about the Great Wall, but it’s another to actually be there and feel its presence.

My guide Bella was awesome—she didn’t just list off facts, but really brought the place to life with cool stories and insights. I started to see the Wall as more than just an attraction, but a symbol of strength and endurance.

Then we went to Dingling Tomb, which I wasn’t super familiar with before. Walking through the underground palace was surreal—kind of eerie but also fascinating. My guide explained the meaning behind everything, from the layout to the treasures inside. It gave me a new perspective on how the Ming Dynasty viewed life and death.

All in all, the tour was super eye-opening. I’m glad I had a guide to share all the backstories and deep insights—definitely made me appreciate these places on a whole new level. If you’re ever in Beijing, I’d totally recommend this tour, especially if you’re into history and seeing things from a new angle.
