We can provide private airport pickup service as well, the one way transfer service from the airport to the hotel in Beijing downtown costs 400RMB in total includig Chinese speaking driver, petrol, toll fee.

If your hotel in within 2nd ring road of Beijing, your tour guide will pick you up at your hotel lobby, your guide will give you a phone call the day before the tour start, it's very easy for you to find him/her. If your hotel is beyond 2nd ring road of Beijing, you need to take taxi to a hotel that is located within 2nd ring road of Beijing, then your guide will pick you there.

Yes, lunch is included in the Mutianyu Great Wall Bus Tour, it is typical Chinese lunch. 

The Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven & Summer Palace Group Tour is daily available except Monday as the Forbidden City will be closed on Monday. For booking the tour, you can send us an email to check it first. You can book this tour one day in advance.

Yes, we do tours in winter as well. The attractions in Beijing will open all year round. Winter in Beijing is from Dec. to Feb., it is cold and dry with occasional snow. Actually, you can get a taste of the weather of the other seasons in Beijing in winter. Although the temperature is very cold, sometimes it goes down to negative 4 degree celsius, the sun can still shine brightly as if it's autumn. If you happen to be in Beijing in winter, you'd better prepare thick jeans, thick jackets, sweaters, hats and gloves.

No, the cable car fee is not included. The price for the Mutianyu Great Wall & Summer Palace Group Tour includes a knowlegeable tour guide, skillful driver, air-conditioned coach, typical Chinese lunch, hotel with 2nd road ring of Beijing pickup & drop off and entrance ticket. The cable car fee, tips and own expense are included.

Our Cancellation Policy: You have up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour time to call and cancel your tour with no penalty incurred. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour time a 50% cancellation penalty will apply. There are no refunds for cancellations within 12 hours of scheduled tour time. “No Shows”are non-refundable.
