D1 Beijing Arrival

Welcome to Beijing! (The capital city of China). Pick up service is arranged at Beijing airports (Beijing Capital International Airport or Beijing Daxing International Airport), our guide will meet you at the exit of the airport with a welcome sign "Beijing Private Tour". Transfer to your hotel in Beijing downtown, our guide will help you to check in. The rest day is free on your to explore Beijing city.

D2 Beijing

In the morning, start to explore the historical face of Beijing with a brief visit to Tiananmen Square which is now the largest city plaza in the world. Tiananmen Square is the geographical center of Beijing City. It is the largest city square in the world, occupying an area of 440,000 square meters (about 109 acres), and able to accommodate 1,000,000 people at one time. Tiananmen Gate on the northern square was the site where the Chairman Mao announced the establishment of the People's Republic of China. The square is a conglomeration of splendid and beautiful flowers and the red national flag which flutters in the wind. The raising of the national flag is something which should not be missed by visitors to Tiananmen Square.

After sightseeing, walk into the Tiananmen you will meet the one of the world’s 5 most important palaces – Forbidden City, The Forbidden City, also named the Palace Museum, shares the honor of being one of five world-famous palaces with the Palace of Versailles in France, Buckingham Palace in England, the White House in the U.S. and the Kremlin in Russia. The incomparable palace occupies an area of 720,000 square meters (177.9 acres) and has approximately 8,700 rooms. A high red wall with a total length of 3,400 meters (3,718 yards) encases the palace. 

The palace, the most magnificent and splendid palace complex in China, was listed as a World Cultural Heritage Building in 1987. It was built in the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) and the construction of this group of buildings took fourteen years from 1406 to 1420.

In the afternoon, drive about 6km to next imperial site - Temple of Heaven. The temple was constructed in 1420 during the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), and was enlarged during the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). It is the grandest cult architecture complex in the world and a masterpiece of the Chinese people created in ancient times. It covers 2,700,000 square meters (667 acres). Emperors of the two dynasties used to worship the heaven and pray for rich harvests, as the feudal emperors thought they were the son of the heaven. 

It is also one of the most brilliant ancient architectural masterpieces in China. Today, it is a pleasant place for leisure stay of walking or sightseeing, also for exploration of local culture.

After the tour, you will be taken back to your hotel in Beijing.

D3 Beijing--Xian

After breakfast, you will head to visit the famous Great Wall of China, there are several sections in Beijing city. You will visit the Mutianyu Great Wall, which is the less crowded but with charming scenery. The Mutianyu Great Wall was originally constructed in the mid-6th century and was rebuilt in its current form during the Ming Dynasty in 1569. The Mutianyu section spans over a mile and contains a total of 23 watchtowers, making it one of the longest fully restored portions of the Wall.

Walking up to the Wall from the base will take around 40-60 minutes. Unless you are super energetic and have enough time to spend at the Wall, we suggest you take the cable car up to the Wall and save your time and energy for the Wall itself. ( Optional)

After lunch, transfer to Beijing train station to take the train to Xian. It takes around 5 hours from Beijing to Xian. Once you arrive, our Xian local guide will meet you at the exit of the train station with a welcome sign "Xian Private Tour". You will be taken back to your hotel, stay overnight in Xian.

D4 Xian

Today, your adventure begins with the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses Museum, Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses Museum is known as “the eighth Wonders of the world”, the museum shows a surprisingly high level in sculpture which is listed as the most significant discovery of the 20th century. Up to now, there has discovered a total of 179 accompanying burial pits of different connotations and various shapes in Qinshihuang’s Mausoleum area. The discovery of these pits has provided all important significance in the research of the burial system of the Qinshihuang’s Mausoleum, the characteristics structures and characteristics of the burial pits. However. What makes people feel amazing is that of all the burial pits, none has been found survived from being burnt down.

In the afternoon, visit the  Ancient City Wall. As one of the UNESCO's world Heritage Site, Xi'an Ancient City Wall was built in the 14th century, under the regime of Emperor Zhuyuanzhang in Ming dynasty, had the function of protecting the cities or towns as military defense systems in ancient China. The Ancient City Wall is one of the oldest, largest and best preserved Chinese city walls, exhibits the "complete features of the rampart architecture of feudal society".

After the tour, you will be taken back to your hotel in Xian.

D5 Xian--Chengdu

In the morning, your guide will lead you to visit the Big Giant Goose Pagoda, Big Goose Pagoda is one of the oldest structures in China. Originally Big Goose Pagoda consisted of a brick structure of five storeys and was about 60 meters high. First built in 589A.D. In the Sui Dynasty. Between AD 701 and AD 704 during the reign of the Empress Wu Zetian five more storeys were added to the pagoda making ten in all. Unfortunately it was damaged during World War II and reduced to seven storeys, which is as it remains today.

Then, drive you to the xian train station, you will take the high-speed train to Chengdu.(3 Hours)

Upon arrival, your chengdu tour guide will happy to meet you holding with the welcome signal "Chengdu private tour". Then transfer you to your hotel.

D6 Chengdu Departure

First drive to visit the People's Park in the afternoon. People's Park is an urban park public park as well as the most popular park in the central part of Chengdu, near the Tianfu Square. Covering an area of 112,639 square metres (1,212,440 sq ft), it is the largest green area in downtown Chengdu. It is a great public outlet for joggers, tai qi enthusiasts, gamers, musicians, tea drinkers and grandparents with their grandchildren in tow. The park features an artificial lake, several gardens, the Railway Protection Movement Monument, and the century-old Heming Teahouse (????), a local landmark.

After visiting the People's Park, conitue to  Jinsha Site Museum, is a rare museum to protect, study and display the archaeological finds of Jinsha Site, which has a history of more than 3,000 years and was discovered by archaeologists in February 2001. Covering an area of about five square kilometers (1,236 acres), Jinsha Site probably dates back to about 3,000 years ago.

^{After lunch, head to the Chengdu Panda Base. Chengdu Panda Base was founded in 1987. It started with 6 giant pandas that were rescued from the wild. By 2008, it had 124 panda births, and the captive panda population has grown to 83.Its stated goal is to "be a world-class research facility, conservation education center, and international educational tourism destination."}

At last, transfer you to the Chengdu international Airport.
